Emily Faccin, OD

Dr. Emily Faccin will begin seeing patients at Shoreline Vision, in Muskegon, Michigan in September 2024. She graduated from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. She also attended Michigan State University and received her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience. She has a special interest in neuro-optometry, focusing on post-stroke and post-concussive optometric rehabilitation. Throughout her training, she served as president of SCO’s chapter of NORA and OVDRA and was selected as a member of the Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society. This is limited to the top 10% of a graduating class, and is the highest honor for leadership a student of optometry can receive. In her freetime – Dr. Faccin enjoys golfing, yoga, reading, and spending time at the lake. She grew up and attended high school in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in Crystal Falls, Michigan.
