Frames are not just stamped into shape at a factory, they are touched by many hands through the process. Raw materials that are molded, soldered, hand polished and many more steps is a very labor intensive process.

We are in network with most insurance plans which means we accept their allowable fee schedule based on the code we bill to your insurance. The top 10 in network medical plans are as follows: Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Priority Health, Michigan Medicaid, Medicare Plus Blue, Humana, Aetna, United Health Care, Cigna Healthcare, Blue Care Network Plans plus many additional plans. What is a Deductible?
A deductible is the amount your insurance requires you to pay before your plan pays toward your charges. Usually a deductible has to be met yearly.

What is Co-Insurance or Co-Payment?
