You are between ages 18 and 65 years old
You have had a stable refraction (prescription) for two years
You have healthy eyes - No sign of any ocular abnormalities
YOU ARE NOT A CANDIDATE FOR LASIK IF...
Your corneas are to thin
You are pregnant or nursing
You are younger than 18 years old
You have collagen vascular (Rheumatoid arthritis), autoimmune (Lupus),
or immunodeficiency diseases (AIDS)
You show signs of a corneal disorder (example: kerataconus)
You have severely dry eyes
* Certain medications may have to be discontinued for a period of time prior to you being able to proceed with surgery. |
